To all organizers of WordCamp Asia:
Life surprises us in many ways, today it did with the news of the cancellation of WordCamp Asia.
There are many feelings, and the one that predominates is the feeling of sadness. Each one of the organizers and attendees understands the magnitude and effort involved in an event as large as WC Asia. Apart from time, there is a lot of love, dedication and sacrifice.
That is why we join the community in the display of love, support and strength. All the time that you put into this event has not been in vain, as we always learn new things, meet new people and establish long-lasting connections.
We applaud all that you have achieved to this day, and we applaud even more the courage and strength you have shown in making this painful announcement. Part of the WCCA organizing team shares the same experience with the painful cancellation of WordCamp Managua 2018.
From the bottom of our hearts, we promise you that next year will be better. It is important to live and experience the feelings that this difficult decision entails, and it is equally important to start dreaming about everything that you will achieve in 2021.
We know that you are a community full of bright minds and that you will find a way to reinvent yourself and make a great new experience for future WC Asia atendees; who at the end of the day are the ones that motivates us to give the very best so they can have an unique experience with WordPress.
Always remember that when the night is darker, the dawn is closer. Your dawn is on its way.

Carta abierta de los Organizadores de WordCamps pasados y presentes en Centroamérica
A todos los organizadores de WordCamp Asia:
Cada día la vida nos sorprende de muchas maneras. Hoy, al igual que a muchos otros, lo hizo con la noticia de la cancelación de WordCamp Asia.
Los sentimientos son muchos, y sin duda, el que predomina es la tristeza. Cada organizador y asistente entiende la magnitud y el esfuerzo que conlleva un evento tan grande como WCAsia. Al tiempo se le suman dosis de amor, dedicación y sacrificio.
Por ello, nos unimos a las muestras de amor, apoyo y fortaleza. Todo el tiempo que le dedicaron no ha sido en vano, puesto que en cada organización vamos aprendiendo cosas nuevas, conociendo nuevas personas y estableciendo conexiones duraderas.
Les aplaudimos sus logros hasta el día de hoy y les aplaudimos aún más la valentía y la fuerza que han conseguido para hacer este doloroso anuncio. Parte del equipo organizador de WCCA, les acompaña desde la la experiencia, con la dolorosa cancelación de WordCamp Managua 2018.
De todo corazon, les decimos que el próximo año será mejor. Es importante vivir los sentimientos que conlleva esta difícil decisión, y es igual de importante empezar a soñar en todo lo que van a lograr en el 2021.
Sabemos que son una comunidad llena de mentes brillantes y que encontrarán la manera de transformarse y deslumbrar a sus asistentes; quienes al final del día, son los que nos motivan a dar los mejor de nosotros para que vivan una primera, segunda o tercera experiencia única con WordPress. Recuerden, cuando más oscura es la noche, más cercana está el alba. Su amanecer viene en camino.
